Creating an Email Signature
This guide is to show you how to make an RGC signature for your emails using Outlook.
1. Open Outlook

2. Click File

3. Select Options

4. Select Mail

5. Select Signatures

6. Select New and create a name for the signature, preferably "Rabren"

7. Copy the example signature listed below

8. Paste the highlighted signature into your blank signature you have created.

9. Rewrite signature to match your own personal information.

10. Save your new signature by selecting OK

Your signature is now saved and will be applied to the emails as specified in the options above.
If you would like to set up separate signatures for different types of emails, for example for new emails and replies, follow these steps.
1. Create a new signature following the same steps as above. If you are going to use two signatures it is recommended you name them for the specific type of email they will be seen in. This guide will show this using 'new email' and 'reply'.
2. Select the new signature you created and select the drop down menu on the right that says Replies/forwards and choose the Reply option. You do not need to change the New messages drop down menu because it will be defaulted to your current Rabren signature.

4. Select OK to save these selections.
You now have two separate signatures. You can use this to implement any separate signatures you need using the official Rabren signature templates.
